With The Men's Shoe Club, you can genuinely customize your shoes the way you want to; since the design will be unique to your personal preference, all sales are final and can't be exchanged or return for a refund.

-We do provide exchange opportunities for shoes with timeless design, this meaning that we could offer the design to other customers at a discounted price. ( we can't exchange items that are damaged or used. (showing noticeable marks of wear and tear)*
*If your order is approved for exchange, you will issue a store credit minus $40 USD shipping and handling fee.
Return requests must be made within seven days of the date you receive your shoes. Submissions after this point will be denied.
To receive store credit for your exchange, the original product must be unworn and in new condition. Exchange requests must be made within five days of receiving your shoes. Submissions after this point will be denied.
To complete your exchange, we ask that you contact us for further details on how to exchange a particular item at firstname.lastname@example.org
Please do not send your purchase back without a confirmation number.
Returning a pair:
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $100, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of days.
Are you changing the Shipping Address? Members are responsible for verifying that their package is shipping to the correct address. Therefore, The Men's Shoe Club is not responsible for packages delivered to the wrong address.

ORDERS FROM OUR STORE ship WORLDWIDE. Depending on your location additional charge per shipment may be applied to customers outside of the USA. Any duties, taxes, or fees are the responsibility of the customer. Orders will be fulfilled within 40 business days. Once shipped, please allow 3-5 business days for delivery in the USA. Most international packages will arrive within 8-13 business days, but some may take longer depending on the country. To claim a lost package, please allow 20 calendar days for domestic shipments or 40 calendar days for international shipments. Claims for missing items or packages must be submitted within 30 days of the shipment delivery date.
Important note to all customers outside of the USA: We cannot guarantee that you will or will not be charged any customs taxes or duties. You are responsible for all applicable customs, duties, taxes, and fees charged by your government. Please contact your country's customs office for respective charges and rates on packages coming outside of your country.
All orders which failed to pay customs or duties will be considered abandoned, and no refunds will be granted.
You may cancel your order by email at firstname.lastname@example.org within 24hrs after placing your order. We thrive on delivering your shoes as quickly as possible; for this reason, we start the manufacturing process 24hrs after your order has been cleared.
Please be sure to enter the correct information once you sign up. Be sure to have the accurate CREDIT CARD INFORMATION, MAILING ADDRESS, and SHOE SIZE. If you accidentally enter the wrong information, it may delay the process of getting you started and will also cause a disruption of service.
