Club Policies


All memberships last the duration of the subscription plan that you signed up for. Once a subscription reaches the length that you signed up for, it will automatically cancel and you will have to sign up again if you would like to continue being a member. 

Please be sure to enter the correct information once you sign up. Be sure to have the correct CREDIT CARD INFORMATION, MAILING ADDRESS, and SHOE SIZE. If you accidentally enter the wrong information it may delay the process of getting you started and will also cause for the disruption of service. Some members who fail to fix credit card information may have to wait a whole month to receive their pair of shoes for the month in which the credit card fails to pay for the membership.


By subscribing to our monthly subscription plan, you authorize us to charge your credit card an initial payment at the time of signing up, and a monthly recurring payment which will take place on the next billing day of your billing cycle. AUTOMATIC MONTHLY MEMBERSHIP RENEWAL FEES WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY CHARGED TO YOUR CARD ON FILE EACH MONTH. Billing days happen 45 days from initial payment date. (Shipping fees and tax rates may apply per state and/or country)


ORDERS FROM OUR STORE ship WORLDWIDE. Depending on your location additional charge per shipment may be applied to customers outside of the USA. Any duties, taxes or fees are the responsibility of the customer. Orders will be fulfilled within 45 business days. Once shipped, please allow 3-5 business days for delivery in the USA. Most international packages will arrive within 8-13 business days, but some may take longer depending on the country. To claim a lost package, please allow 20 calendar days for domestic shipments, or 40 calendar days for international shipments. Claims for missing items or packages must be submitted within 60 days of the shipment delivery date

Important note to all customers outside of USA: We cannot guarantee that you will or will not be charged any customs taxes or duties. You are responsible for all applicable customs, duties, taxes, and fees charged by your government. Please contact your country's customs office for respective charges and rates on packages coming outside of your country.

All orders who failed to pay customs or duties will be considered as abandoned and no refunds will be granted. 


You may cancel your subscription at any time through your billing portal link provided when you subscribed or by email at You are responsible for any recurring charges that take place prior to cancellation. TheMensShoeClub reserves the right to move your next billing day at any time without any further authorization from you. Once a membership is canceled you will not be able to receive member benefits. Therefore exchanges of products will not be granted.

To CANCEL your subscription you must submit a Cancellation request Here all requests are subject to approval.(Please note that you only a 24hr window from enrolling date to cancel without penalization)


We are pleased to offer a return policy on unworn items in their original, new condition. Our shoes are handmade with passion and love, however, we understand that there may be a case in which you need to return or exchange your order and we are more than happy to accommodate returns and exchanges on shoes that have not been worn or have not had labels removed.

Return requests must be made within 7 days of the date you receive your shoes. Requests after this point will be denied. 

We do provide exchange opportunities for shoes that do not fit properly as long as the item is in the same condition that it was received. It must also be in the original packaging. To receive store credit for your exchange, the original product must be unworn and in new condition. Exchange requests must be made within 30 days of receiving your shoes. Requests after this point will be denied.

Returning a pair:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $100, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Changing Shipping Address? Members are responsible to verify that their package is shipping to the correct address, therefore, The Men's Shoe Club is not responsible for packages delivered to the wrong address.
