All memberships last the duration of the membership that you signed up for. Once a subscription reaches the length that you signed up for, it will automatically cancel and you will have to sign up again if you would like to continue being a member.
Please be sure to enter the correct information once you sign up. Be sure to have the correct CREDIT CARD INFORMATION, MAILING ADDRESS, and SHOE SIZE. If you accidentally enter the wrong information it may delay the process of getting you started and will also cause for the disruption of service. Some members who fail to fix credit card information may have to wait a whole month to receive their pair of shoes for the month in which the credit card fails to pay for the membership.
A cancellation fee will be charged in the amount of one full month based on your subscription length. The cancellation fee will range from $75 to $90 USD. Once a membership is canceled you will not be able to receive member benefits. Therefore exchanges of products will not be granted.
We are trying to provide a discounted rate for premium leather shoes and in order to do that, we will charge a cancellation fee to prevent fraud. If we suspect fraud from a member we will contact them or direct them to our fraud protection agency.
Once a membership is canceled or a payment fails you will not be able to receive member benefits or shoes. Therefore exchanges of products will not be granted.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL - Because we are a "made to order" company, we currently are not offering returns.
Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you an exchange.
All sales are final, so we will not provide a refund for return product. However, we do provide exchange opportunities for shoes that do not fit properly as long as the item is in the same condition that it was received. It must also be in the original packaging.

Please do not send your purchase back without a confirmation number. If the exchange is approved your new exchanged pair will be sent out the following month of the subscription service as all shoes are made to order. **(Only one exchange per subscription is allowed)

-If the exchange items are damaged or used. (showing obvious marks of wear and tear)
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org for instructions.
Changing Shipping Address? Members are responsible to verify that their package is shipping to the correct address, therefore, The Men's Shoe Club is not responsible for packages delivered to the wrong address.

Returning a Pair:
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
